Scholastica Intra-School Music Fest 2021

We are excited to announce that the Scholastica Intra-School Music Fest is ready to be launched soon. Our objective is to engage among our school’s students and find their true potential. We would like to give them an opportunity to explore a smaller part of something vast so that they feel determined to explore further. We aim to enrich our campus in the regions of cultural and aesthetic experiences so that we can discover more potential students to influence a better future.

This is a competition-based event focusing on musical performances, such as singing covers. Students of Scholastica, Mirpur Campus(SRM) from Class VII onwards are qualified to register for the event based on the category they fall under:
Junior Category (Class VII to IX)
Senior Category (Class X to XII).
Students can participate in the event as a solo or they can team up with others to form a duo/ group. Participants are encouraged to come up with their own unique take on an existing song of any genre.

This form will be open from the 3rd of October to the 14th of October, 2021. Participants are asked to send in their performance as part of the registration form. The judges for this round will be the current leadership board of the music club. They will be judged based on their skill, creativity, and overall ability to execute their chosen music piece. The results of this part of the competition will be published on the 17th of October.

The final round of the competition will be announced the next day, and the submission deadline for this round is on the 25th of October. The judges for this round will be Mr. Shuva Karmaker, Ms. Naurin Akter Shova, and Mr. Sunny Ghosh. The participants will be judged based on their harmony, song structure, and rhythm along with their skill and creativity.

We are looking forward to a successful event that will help strengthen the students’ curriculum and skills as an individual as well as a part of our school.
